Good news boys - it’s NOT just another Wednesday in Connecticut — not when one of progressive rock’s most iconic names is stepping onto our stage here at Oakdale Theatre! Join us at the Toyota  on October 1st as we kick off the fall concert season with an unforgettable night of soaring vocals, hypnotic rhythms, and mind-bending visuals — all courtesy of the legendary band YES, as they launch The Album Series: Fragile Tour 2025 right here in Wallingford.Celebrating 54 years since the Fragile album came out (!!) the tour will be stopping all over the country and then some - taking on the globe with this tour on the entire back end of the year before the holidays roll in. And even better - we’re the first stop on tour! That’s right folks — the very first night of the tour starts right here with us, and this year, they’re pulling out all the stops. Celebrating their beloved 1971 masterpiece Fragile in its entirety — the record that gave us immortal tracks like Roundabout, South Side of the Sky, and Heart of the Sunrise — the group will also dive into fan favorites from across their historic career. From deep cuts to chart-toppers, it’s a setlist built to satisfy the most dedicated YES fan, and introduce a new generation to their unmistakable sound.

Formed in London back in 1968 and now over five decades deep into their legacy, YES helped define the progressive rock genre with their cinematic arrangements, intricate musicianship, and album covers that felt like a portal to another world. With Steve Howe, Geoff Downes, Billy Sherwood, Jon Davison, and Jay Schellen now carrying the torch, the music lives on — vibrant, vital, and just as transportive as ever. And this time around? Expect an extra layer of magic. The 2025 tour promises a fully immersive live experience, complete with newly reimagined stage visuals by famed YES collaborator Roger Dean, using AI-driven animation to bring his iconic artwork to life in a whole new way.
